If your content is forgettable, so are you.

The key isn’t to be outrageous, it’s to stand out just enough.

That mindset helped me cross 1 million views on three different videos.

Not once did I “hack the algorithm.” Because here’s the truth:

It’s not about the algorithm. It’s about attention.

Russell Brunson calls it the “Prolific Zone.”

And it’s a game, changer if you want your content to actually matter.

So, what is it?

Let’s break it down:

1. Don’t drift into crazy town

If your ideas are way off the deep end, no one takes you seriously.

Brunson’s example? A diet based on staring at the sun. That's not bold, that's unrelatable.

2. Avoid the vanilla middle

When you play it too safe, people scroll right past.

Like rehashing the old-school food pyramid as a “modern diet.”

It’s been done. It’s boring. It’s ignored.

The sweet spot?

Right in between, a bold, slightly unconventional perspective that makes people pause.

That’s the Prolific Zone.

It’s where engagement lives. It’s where debate happens. And yes — it’s where views explode.

Here are 3 of my prolific hits, each passed 1 million views:

- Tools that beat Adobe (and are free)

- Best PC tricks most people don’t know

- Sites that feel illegal to even mention

Each one sparked conversation. Some backlash. Lots of shares.

And that’s the point.

Here’s my personal filter when I create:

“Do you want to be well known, or known well?”

When you post on LinkedIn, you’re positioning yourself as an authority.

So act like one. Don’t dilute your voice to fit in.

You’ll never go viral by echoing what everyone else says.

Yes, you might catch criticism. I do, often.

But that’s a sign you’re standing for something.

And the internet rewards clarity, not conformity.

Thoughts?
